Third package of business support measures amid COVID-19 pandemic will be adopted in Bashkiria

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, today at a plenary session of the International Business Week 2020, announced the adoption of the third package of measures to support the business during the pandemic. It will collect the best proposals of the first and second packages; the main task is to minimize the economic consequences.
The third package of measures during the pandemic was also developed taking into account the proposals and active consultations with the business community. The Cabinet of Ministers of the region plans to focus on tax preferences, property support, support for debt financing, and direct financial support in compensation for part of business costs.
1.2 thousand organizations have already received state support within the first and second package in Bashkortostan. In particular, aid was allocated to 20 industrial enterprises for 376.8 million rubles that have mastered personal protective equipment and disinfectant production. Light industry companies were supported by 100 million. The purchase of equipment for 50 million rubles is planned. Another 40 million rubles were received by timber industry organizations and 330 million rubles - by municipal programs to develop entrepreneurship.
In total, more than 30 billion rubles were allocated within the first and second packages for the implementation of priority measures to increase the economic stability in Bashkortostan.
