Most sought-after vacancies in Bashkiria are named

In Bashkiria, the most sought-after vacancies were trade specialists, workers, and construction workers in November. The portal hh.ru provides such data.

Moreover, the number of vacancies opened in the republic on this portal last month increased by more than a third compared to November 2019.

Specialists in the professional sphere of "Sales" were looked for most frequently among all job offers - 28%.

The blue-collar jobs took second place in terms of demand among employers (21% of all vacancies). Builders (16%) are at the bottom of the top three.

Besides, employers have shown a high interest in specialists from the fields of "Production", "Transport," "Career start, students", "Medicine, pharmaceuticals", "IT, telecom", "Administrative personnel" and "Banks, investments".

"Other spheres were the most popular among the residents of Bashkiria in November. Thus, the leader in terms of the number of open resumes was the "Career start, students" sphere - this is 16% of all applicants in the region. The second place is taken by "Sales" (11%), the third is "Production" (9%). Also, applicants actively posted their resume in the areas of "Extraction of raw materials", "Administrative personnel", "Transport", "Workers", "Construction, real estate", "Accounting" and "IT, telecom". In general, in November 2020, 6% more resumes were opened in the region than a year ago," said Oksana Sidletskaya, director of hh.ru Ural.
