1,392 investment projects worth almost 1.2 trillion rubles are being implemented in Bashkiria

1,392 investment projects for 1.198 trillion rubles are being implemented in Bashkiria. Of these, 212 projects worth 811.7 billion are included in the priority list, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development of Bashkiria Rustam Muratov said at a briefing session in the government.

124 investment projects were completed with an investment volume of 14.5 billion rubles, 387 jobs were created.

It is planned to launch 401 investment projects worth 259.5 billion rubles by 2040. Preliminary, they will create 16.4 thousand jobs.

71 residents were registered in PDAs created in single-industry towns with projects worth 35.2 billion rubles and 6.7 thousand jobs. 21 residents were registered this year alone; they created 795 jobs.

The register of "Alga" SEZ residents includes four companies with over 8 billion rubles of investments and more than 1,000 jobs. Two more residents are under consideration, bringing the investment portfolio to over 10 billion rubles; the number of new jobs is planned to be up to 1.5 thousand.

The key point in attracting investors is providing state support to PDA residents and priority investment projects. These are tax benefits, compensation for part of the costs, assistance with land plots, etc.

More than a third of priority investment projects - 83 - are implemented in the field of agriculture. The volume of investments is 283.3 billion rubles.

10 projects for 7.5 billion rubles are realized in the field of ecology, 60 for 418 billion rubles - in industry, 6 for 6.3 billion rubles - in trade (roadside service), - 12 for 33.7 billion construction, 5 projects - transport for 19.1 billion rubles.

A number of investment projects worth 60.6 billion rubles are being implemented within the framework of public-private partnerships. These are the Eastern exit in Ufa (total volume of about 34 billion rubles), the "Mratkino" resort (8 billion rubles), maternity hospital No. 3 in Ufa (3.5 billion rubles), an infectious diseases hospital in Ufa (10 billion rubles), educational facilities in Ufa and Sterlitamak (10 billion rubles), the Alekseevsky state farm greenhouse complex (RUB 17.4 billion), reconstruction and construction of a tram network in Ufa (10 billion rubles), trolleybus production (1 billion rubles), water supply facilities in Mishkinsky, Fedorovsky, Belebeevsky, Krasnokamsky districts, heat supply in the Yangantau settlement - 0.7 billion rubles.
