Purchases of agricultural machinery increased by 50% in Bashkiria for year

For ten months of 2020, agricultural producers of the republic purchased 2,806 units of agricultural machinery and equipment for more than 8.2 billion rubles, which is 2.7 billion rubles more than in the same period of 2019 (5.5 billion rubles).

Deputy Prime Minister of Agriculture of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov today at a briefing session in the government reported that this figure would amount to 9 billion rubles (2019 - 6.5 billion rubles) by the end of the year.

The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture said that the largest volume of purchases was noted in Aurgazinsky, Ilishevsky, Chekmagushevsky, Meleuzovsky, Ermekeyevsky districts in the amount of 376 to 932 million rubles. Kiginsky Nurimanovsky, Askinsky, Zilairsky, Mishkinsky, Arkhangelsk districts observed the smallest volume of purchases.

Since the beginning of the year, 470 tractors of various classes, 300 combine harvesters, 46 forage harvesters, more than 600 units of soil cultivation and seeding machines, and other equipment have been purchased. At the same time, the volume of contracts for the purchase of equipment through Rosagroleasing is more than 1.8 billion rubles. Equipment in the amount of 1.6 billion rubles was received, which is three times higher than the figure for the entire 2019 (547 million rubles).

In total, applications were submitted for 3.6 billion rubles; the amount of approved applications for the purchase of equipment through Rosagroleasing exceeds 2.3 billion rubles. In addition, this year, under the programs of leasing companies of commercial banks and other organizations, equipment for the amount of 631 million rubles was supplied to the agrarians of the republic.

“Next year, according to the September decree of the Head of Bashkortostan, the task is to purchase 600 tractors of various classes, 240 combine harvesters, 70 forage harvesters, and other equipment. The program of Rosagroleasing JSC with preferential financial schemes: rise in price - 3%, discount under the program 1432 - 10%, no initial payment, leasing term up to 7 years - should become the most acceptable for farmers. We set the task to attract federal funds through leasing as much as possible - up to 5 billion rubles by 2021. An agreement was signed between the government of Bashkortostan and JSC Rosagroleasing to increase the volume of leased equipment supplies, which provides for subsidizing the initial payment and the remainder of the lease payments, subject to the full redemption of the leased asset. The proposed measures provide an excellent opportunity for agricultural producers to update their technical base and facilities”, said the Deputy Prime Minister.
