Ufa vacancy hit Top 10 most highly paid job offers in Russia

The Ufa vacancy was included in the November Top-10 of the most highly paid job offers in Russia's regions posted on hh.ru.

In the Bashkir capital, they are ready to pay at least 150 thousand rubles for the head of a warehouse complex - the sixth place in the ranking of the most top-paying vacancies in the country.

In the first place is the vacancy of a technical manager/technical lead (architect) from St. Petersburg with a salary of 300 thousand rubles or more.

In second place in the ranking is the director of an industrial enterprise in Novosibirsk. They are ready to pay no more than 400 thousand rubles for this position.

The third is the vacancy of a digital project manager from St. Petersburg - at least 250 thousand rubles per month.

The Top 10 most highly paid jobs also included a rig operator, frontend developer, deputy chief geologist, clinical laboratory diagnostics doctor, technical advisor to the CEO, and regional medical advisor. The price offer for applicants for these positions varies from 150 to 300 thousand rubles.

"About 14% of the total number of vacancies opened today in Bashkiria offer salaries from 100 thousand rubles. In Russia as a whole, the share of such vacancies is similar," Anna Osipova, head of the press service of Ural hh.ru commented on the issue. "In the second half of October, the labor market experienced the second wave of the epidemic. Although the number of vacancies in the labor market did not decrease, the recovery trend was observed since June has slowed down. In early November, there is a slight decrease in demand for personnel in most regions of the country."
