Roadside service investors will receive financial support and standard projects in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, serious support measures have been developed for investors in the field of roadside services, which have no analogs in other regions of the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported.

Roadside service facilities can be included in the List of Priority Investment Projects RB with an investment volume of 50 million rubles or more. If the project involves creating at least 25 jobs, the investor has the right to apply for a land plot for rent without bidding.

A significant support measure is a subsidy to reimburse part of the costs of building transport and engineering infrastructure - in the amount of up to RUB 30 million, but no more than 50% of the costs incurred.

Particular attention is paid to the systemic location of objects. A general development scheme is being formed, consisting of land plots offered to construct new facilities. Typical solutions for roadside service facilities have been developed for potential investors.

At present, the Ministry of Trade and Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan assist 33 investors planning to build more than 50 facilities with a total investment of about 5 billion rubles. Nine investment projects for the construction of roadside service facilities were considered at the “Investment Hour” session headed by Radiy Khabirov.
