Bashkiria representatives won All-Russian competition "Hospitality Masters"

Representatives of Bashkiria won the All-Russian competition "Hospitality Masters". The final took place in Moscow on October 28-30.

The republic was represented by nine people - semi-finalists of the competition, which took place in March 2020 in Ufa.

The representative of Bashkiria Leysan Suleimanova was among the 62 winners. Her business and personal competencies were highly rated by the judges.

The contest winners will be mentored by eminent restaurateurs, hoteliers, hospitality managers, and government officials.

Leysan organizes author tours and wants to develop them.

"One of our projects is the agricultural tour "Visit My Grandmother in Sterlibashevo". I want to scale it up and am already creating a franchise."

The winner got the opportunity to study at a travel business school, the right to visit any specially protected area in Russia, and a branded hiking backpack.

"The Ufa resident Marat Naskhutdinov - the owner of the first national street food "Aybat Hallar" and Salavat Ilyasov (the tourist site "Ethno-village") also presented their projects at the competition. They will receive the support of the Bashkiria authorities. The republic's leadership will also award Marat Naskhutdinov at the next solemn event," the press service of the regional State Committee for Tourism informs.
