Investment project for automobile springs production is implemented in Beloretsk

Beloretsk Resora LLC (a subsidiary of Ural Spring Plant LLC) has been implementing an investment project to produce all types of springs according to European standards for domestic car manufacturers since 2019. The investor is a resident of the "Beloretsk" priority development area and is included in the list of priority projects.

As a measure of state support, the company will receive compensation for the exchange rate difference when purchasing imported equipment, the cost of which is estimated at 234 million rubles, tax incentives, and assistance in connecting to engineering networks. The company also has to build infrastructure and workshops. The new production will create 20 jobs.

The Ural Spring Plant has 12 years of experience working with the companies Uralvagonzavod and United Wagon Company. The Beloretsk enterprise is one of the strategic partners for them regarding the development and supply of coil spring suspension springs for freight cars.

As the plant informed the regional newspaper, the planned volume of spring production is 13.2 thousand tons per year.

"We will use design and technology solutions that are completely new for Russia. Now nothing of the kind is applied in the Russian Federation. We are talking about creating a science-intensive product that will be in demand by customers since it will solve some of their problems associated with the operation of equipment," Denis Lukmanov, General Director of NPF Resora LLC, commented on the issue.
