Radiy Khabirov: There are many problems in our economy along with understanding of how to solve them

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov made a post on his social media regarding the economy. He said that industrial life should be going on even in a difficult period of the pandemic. Effective mechanisms have been created to develop industry in the republic: the "Alga" special economic zone, five technoparks, 10 industrial parks (112 residents are already working in them, 4200 new jobs have been created).

"Despite the negative outcome of the OPEC+ agreements and, accordingly, the decline in oil production in the republic, Bashkortostan's industrial production index is rather good. Since the beginning of the year, it amounted to 96.5%. This is slightly lower than we planned, but it is admissible in the current economic conditions. I set the task to complete the year with 100.1% of the industrial production index, to straighten out those industries that are still vulnerable. One of the growth points is manufacturing, raw materials base. We need to establish horizontal links between enterprises, consume our Bashkir products. However, the quality must be up to the mark. More recently, our enterprises went all over Russia, trying to sell what they produce. It is not quite right. We need a lot of organizational work in this area; we need industrial patriotism and state protection of enterprises," Radiy Khabirov posted.

According to him, there are many problems in the region's economy, but the most important thing is that there is an understanding of how to solve them. The Head of the Republic thanked the heads of enterprises for their work during this challenging time.
