New production facilities to be open in Bashkiria by end of 2020

According to the republic's Ministry of Industry, six new industries will open in Bashkiria by the end of the year. Within the Russian Energy Forum framework, which will be held at the end of October in Ufa, a solar power plant in the Sterlibashevsky district worth more than 3.5 billion rubles, built by Solar Systems LLC, will be launched.

Ufa Vitamin Plant (Pharmstandard) is completing three projects with a total cost of 2.9 billion rubles - two shops for the production of drugs and a complex of wastewater treatment plants.

Sterlitamak company "Stereks Pak" built a multilayer aseptic packaging plant, investing 1.8 billion rubles.

In December, a large production of electrical equipment by the Elkom company opens in the Ufa region, with an investment of 630 million rubles.

Salavat Catalyst Plant will launch a new unit of silica powder (450 million rubles of investments).

JSC "Krasny Proletary" in less than six months implemented a project for the production of a garbage truck of its own design. A project to create a pump and transport machine NTM-2 with the use of flexible polymer flat-rolled hoses is at the final stage. The total investment in the projects is RUB 195 million.

Several large factories were opened earlier this year. Among them, there is the country's largest center producing helicopter engine units at PJSC "UEC-UMPO" worth 8.7 billion rubles. Next year, it is planned to reach the design capacity - up to 350 engine sets per year.

Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat implements an investment project for the construction of a hydrogen plant for 8.5 billion rubles.

REILGO opened car repair shops in Blagoveshchensk with a capacity of up to 1,600 wheels per month, with an investment volume of over 300 million rubles. One hundred jobs have already been created there, and another 150 will appear in 2021.

Also, in Blagoveshchensk, Prospekt company launched a full-cycle plant for the production of small architectural forms and lighting equipment. Within three years, the company plans to invest 250 million rubles in the project.

The Car Repair Plant opened a new workshop to repair rolling stock wheelsets in Sterlitamak, creating more than 100 new jobs. The volume of investments in the project amounted to more than 100 million rubles.

In August, the Potok-FIREPROFF plant for the production of polypropylene pipes and fittings was commissioned in Ufa, in which the Potok-Trubnaya Company invested 150 million rubles, creating 50 jobs.

The Hevel Group of Companies has launched a solar power plant in Burzyansky District with an investment of 2.24 billion rubles.

In the context of the pandemic, the Ufa "ECM" company, in cooperation with other industrial enterprises in the shortest possible time, organized valves' production for connecting lung ventilators. The company also participates in an investment project to reconstruct the plant of the CITO Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (worth 3 billion rubles), supplying it with electro-diamond grinding electro-plasma polishing machines, multi-axis robotic systems, galvanic lines, and CNC machines. This equipment was developed by ECM jointly with the USATU and the UAST company, the Ministry of Industry noted.
