Ufa rounded out top ten Russian cities worthy of prestigious tourism award

Ufa rounded out the top ten Russian cities worthy of the prestigious World Travel Awards, according to the users of the Tvil.ru service. Most tourists (40.26%) would give the prestigious tourism award to St. Petersburg. Yalta is in second place, with 13.64%. Bronze went to the main year-round resort in the Krasnodar Territory - Sochi, 11.04%. Social media users also voted for Kazan (10.39%), Sevastopol (9.74%), Kaliningrad (7.14%), Moscow (3.25%), Gelendzhik (3.25%), Vladivostok (0.65%), and Ufa (0.65%).

Voting for the final stage of the award currently continues on the World Travel Awards website. It will run until October 25. The results will be announced at the online awards ceremony on November 27.
