430 more jobs will appear in Blagoveshchensk: PDA residents will open new production facilities

By the end of this year, five industrial companies are planning to submit documents for registering in the "Blagoveshchensk" PDA (priority development area), said the business ombudsman of the city Anna Kabanova. Their implementation is scheduled for the coming years. "TavrosEcoPulse" LLC prepares a unique investment project worth over RUB 7.3 billion for deep processing of yellow peas. The enterprise will produce vegetable protein for feeding farm animals, cereals, flour, and starch. The latter has good export prospects - in China, many traditional products are made from it, such as rice noodles. The implementation is scheduled for 2020-2022, the plant will provide 155 jobs.
Blagoveshchenskiy Glass Plant-Douglas LLC is going to produce double-glazed windows (199 million rubles of investments, 43 jobs). "Osnovnye Tehnologii" LLC is going to produce an agent for reducing water friction for drilling wells (220 million rubles of investments, 12 jobs).
"FNB TECHNOLOGY" LLC will create 102 jobs at the plant to produce industrial pumps and equipment for handling bulk materials, in the construction and equipment of which 258.31 million rubles will be invested.
107 jobs will be created by "Uraltechnostroy - Automated Systems" LLC at the production and technological complex to manufacture measuring devices based on the Ural-MR multiphase flow meter. It measures the flow rates of multiphase oil and gas flow without technological separation devices. The volume of investments is 681 million rubles.
A workshop for the production of semi-finished products with 12 workplaces will be opened by "Flagman Plus" LLC (investment volume - 6.04 million rubles).
In total, these projects will create 430 jobs; the business ombudsman sums up. Since the beginning of the PDA opening (February 2019), seven residents have been registered in Blagoveshchensk, who have already created 110 jobs and invested more than RUB 402 million in development. The total investment will amount to more than RUB 1.5 billion.
It is important that since July of this year, restrictions on the types of economic activity for residents of priority development areas have been lifted, Anna Kabanova noted. Now a list of prohibited activities will be established, and all others will be allowed. This will reduce the non-diversified nature of economies in single-industry towns and increase business territory's attractiveness, she explained.
