Central Bank issued coins in honor of doctors and transport workers

On October 12, the Bank of Russia has put into circulation commemorative coins made of base metals in 25 and 10-ruble denominations, the press service of the regulator reports. All of them are a means of cash settlement at the same time.

The circulation of the 25-ruble coin in honor of doctors - coronavirus frontliners is 5 million pieces.

The circulation of the 10-ruble coin issued in honor of the transport workers is 1 million pieces.
