Chishminsky sugar plant is preparing to increase processing of raw materials

The Chishminsky sugar plant is ready to accept the new harvest. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria, the enterprise plans to process 680 thousand tons of sugar beet - 50 thousand more than last season.

The plant is completing the reconstruction of the granulated pulp plant. It will be able to dry the entire volume of sugar production waste, from which valuable feed for animal husbandry is made. It is planned to produce 25 thousand tons of pellets, of which 12 thousand tons are intended for export.

Last season, 4 thousand tons of pulp, 1.5 thousand tons of molasse, 40 thousand tons of sugar were exported out of 89 thousand tons produced. The products were purchased by the Baltic countries and Central Asia.

The last processing season for the plant was distinguished by its duration (165 days) and the lowest prices for sugar in the domestic market.
