Dairy production plant to be built in Sibay

The DMS Moscow Trade Production Holding plans to build a dairy production plant in Sibay. The holding CEO, Tatyana Obukhova, at the Investment Hour session, held as part of the Second Investment Sabantuy "Trans-Urals - 2020", said that the company planned to process up to 250 tons of raw milk per day, producing dry dairy products, mixtures, and butter. This will require up to 150 new employees. The holding is ready to invest 2.6 billion rubles in the project, subject to the provision of subsidies from the regional budget to reimburse part of the equipment purchasing costs. 600 million rubles of which are the company's own funds, and 2 billion are borrowed funds. Now the owners are negotiating with the bank for a loan. The Investment Committee decided to include the project in the priority list. According to Deputy Prime Minister Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, five large modernized dairy farms will be necessary to build to provide the future dairy with high-quality milk, which will give an additional incentive for the agro-industrial complex development in the Trans-Urals.

"Agrofirma Bayramgul" LLC plans to increase milk production to 17 thousand tons per year by increasing the number of dairy herds to 2 thousand in the villages of Urazovo and Uralsk, Uchalinsky district. According to General Director Konstantin Nurmukhanov, they plan to build new and modernize existing farms. This will create about 200 new jobs. The company is ready to invest 374 million rubles in the project.

Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, noted that what she saw at the meeting of the Investment Committee impressed her positively.

"The ninth place of Bashkortostan in the National Rating of the Investment Climate is absolutely deserved if investors from Moscow and St. Petersburg come here with such great interest", Svetlana Chupsheva said.
