Tank farm for storing oil road bitumen will be built in Alga SEZ

The production association "Sovremennye Bitumnye Materialy" will become one of the residents of the Alga special economic zone, located in the Ishimbaysky and Sterlitamaksky districts. The founder of the enterprise Dmitry Dontsov presented at the “Investment Hour” session a project for the construction of a tank farm for storing oil road bitumen with a volume of 60 thousand tons. The enterprise is investing 410 million rubles in the project. It is planned to start its implementation in 2021.

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, instructed to resolve the issue of allocating a land plot to the investor within the next month.

Recall that the total area of ​​the planned SEZ is about 470 hectares, where 17 residents can potentially be located by the end of 2029. To date, agreements have already been signed with nine residents; this work continues.

SEZ is a territory with preferential treatment for entrepreneurs. Residents of such territories have significant tax benefits, up to one hundred percent, and in return, create new industries and jobs.

Earlier it was reported that in Bashkiria, an expert council would select residents of the Alga special economic zone.
