Investment projects list in Bashkiria was supplemented by project of large dairy farm

An investment program for the development of an agricultural production cooperative - the “Geroy” collective farm, was developed in the Chekmagushevsky district. In 2019, the gross harvest of grain crops amounted to 90 thousand 973 centners at the farm, the average yield of grain crops was 45.5 centners. 100 thousand 416 centners of milk were produced; currently, 37.3 tons of milk are produced per day.

The plans are to increase the dairy herd to 2,300 cows and produce up to 21 thousand tons of milk per year by 2023.

The farm intends to build a complex for breeding young stock with a complete cycle for 1200 heads in the village of Tainyashevo, a fattening farm for 800 heads, two cowsheds for 300 heads in the villages of Balakovo and Karanovo.

The Investment Committee of Bashkortostan decided to include this program in the list of priority projects, to help with reimbursement of part of the cost of purchasing agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as to build new roads within the farm.
