Bashkiria's IT industry will attract grants worth about 100 million rubles

This year it is planned to attract more than 100 million rubles for the development of the IT industry, it was reported during an online briefing on the launch of the Regional Acceleration Program (RAP) in the field of information technology. Speakers - the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of Bashkiria Gennady Razumikin, heads of university profile centers and companies, spoke about the plans of the RAP.

The accelerator will be able to promote the development of the project - RAP participants will get a result in a few months, which is usually achieved within 2-3 years.

RAP includes an educational course, systematic work with mentors and experts, financial support for projects, building relationships with corporate partners. Startup days, seminars, hackathons will be held in the cities of the republic. As a result, promising projects for intensive individual preparation will be selected.

At the moment, RAP is working with 20 applications; these are projects of both beginners and large developers (on issues of housing and utility services, virtual reality, education). By the end of the year, experts plan to select about a hundred projects for individual work.
