Ufa authorities plan to open nine more industrial and technical parks

The authorities of Ufa plan to open nine more industrial and technical parks, said Rishat Sharafeev, head of the industry and enterprise department, at a briefing session in the city hall.

One of the promising areas for development is a new industrial zone between Dema and Romanovka neighborhoods with an area of more than 46 hectares, where a site for the construction of a new “Bashinkom” plant was selected.

After the prospect of creating an industrial park in Shaksha in the territory of the former Ufa prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise, a new factory for the production of the Polimak geomembrane was launched.

It is planned to create an agro-industrial cluster in the Likhachev industrial zone of the Kalininsky neighborhood.

In the near future - the registration of a technopark of a small production site - the Center for Oil and Gas Instrumentation at the UPPO plant, and a technopark on the site of PromZhD-Garant JSC.

The management of Promtehstroy LLC plans to create an industrial park at the Astra business park along Svobody Street.

The government of the republic is working on the creation of an industrial park at October Avenue, where the Prototyping Center of the Radioelectronic Cluster is already located.

The opening of the IQ-park of the Skolkovo Foundation in Zaki Validi Street and Technopark “Factory of the Future” is expected in Mira Street.

In addition, it is planned to expand the territory of the Industrial Park "PromCenter" by 11.7 hectares and the construction of new premises.

Currently, 4 technoparks and 3 industrial parks are registered in the city of Ufa. They employ 143 residents, which created over 2,700 jobs.
