Head of Bashkiria amended requirements to foreign workers

In Bashkiria, the requirements for foreigners coming to work in the republic have changed. The Head of the Region signed the corresponding decree, which is published on the website of legal information.

Now, when a patent is issued to a foreign citizen who has arrived in a manner that does not require a visa, the patent will indicate his/her profession or type of professional activity.

The document notes that the adjustments are caused by federal law and were made in order to take into account the number of foreign workers.

The decree of the Head of the Republic came in force since the day of signing - July 2.
