New greenhouse plant for growing vegetables will be built in Bashkiria

Panax-Agro LLC plans to build a greenhouse plant for growing vegetables in Tuymazinsky district. The construction project was presented at an "Investment Hour" session by the head of the farm Denis Latypov.

The farm has been operating since 1991. Now greenhouses occupy 13 hectares of area, of which 6 hectares are industrial. Only last year, farmers grew 4.3 thousand tons of vegetables undercover - these are the best varieties of tomatoes and cucumbers. The plans are to rebuild another 7 hectares of greenhouses for industrial ones and increase the annual output to 6.5 thousand tons of vegetables.

AgroStroyKomplekt LLC operates at the farm and manufactures year-round greenhouses from tunnel type metal frames with a double film coating. Together with AgroStroyKomplekt, the Teplo-M enterprise began production of heat generators for heating greenhouses here. This equipment will be delivered to the plant as part of the investment project. The total investment is estimated at 296 million rubles.

The meeting participants approved the support as reimbursement of part of the machinery and equipment costs. Besides, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of Bashkiria will assist in the allocation of additional electric power to the plant.

"It is gratifying that a powerful cluster for growing vegetables is emerging in the west of the republic. We should think about building a modern agricultural and logistics center here, subject to our support," said the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

The general director of the agricultural enterprise "Bazy" Vadim Sokolov spoke about the intentions to increase livestock production, as well as to grow crops in the Chekmagushevsky district. As part of the investment program, 715 million rubles will be allocated for the construction of new production facilities in the villages of Imyanlikulevo, Urnyak, Uybulatovo, Rapatovo. The farmers have already begun to build part of the facilities, having invested about 200 million rubles.

A part of the costs of acquiring livestock and equipment will be reimbursed within the project. Besides, the State Transport Committee together with the municipality will assist in the construction of the necessary road infrastructure.

A dairy plant in the Ilishevsky district will also be modernized. According to the head of the enterprise, Rishat Galiev, a project worth 130 million rubles, provides for the expansion of the existing production of natural dairy products to 23.7 thousand tons per year by purchasing additional equipment and modernizing the existing production line. The investor also plans to promote a regional brand in the intra-republican and interregional markets. The plant's products are already being successfully sold outside of Bashkortostan. Following the discussion, the investment project will be included in the priority list and will be reimbursed a part of the machinery and equipment costs.
