A total of 80,700 unemployed received various support measures during the pandemic. About 1 billion rubles were paid, on average more than 10 thousand rubles per person. Additional funds were requested - the republic would receive 1.6 billion rubles, the minister said.

In Russia, the number of officially registered unemployed at the beginning of June was 2.09 million, according to the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. The real number of unemployed in the country was about 4.3 million in April, and 1.1 million received benefits, according to the Federal State Statistics Service.
