Bashkiria budget revenues are offset by federal tranches

According to the Ministry of Finance of Bashkiria, the consolidated budget performance amounted to 95.01 billion rubles as of June 1 - 102.6% compared to the first half of 2019. Tax and non-tax revenues decreased by 19% compared to the previous period: 62.79 billion rubles against 77.61 billion rubles and amounted to 32.3% of the annual plan. Non-tax revenues – are revenues from the use of property, payments for public services, the use of natural resources, fines.

The main part of the income is traditionally made up of the personal income tax - 33.2% - 20.86 billion rubles. Revenues under this item fell by 3%.

Corporate income tax amounted to 16.57 billion rubles. (1.6 times less, minus 10.34 billion);

property tax - 6.81 billion rubles (minus 19% -1.6 billion);

tax on comprehensive income - 3.93 billion rubles (minus 13.9% - 636.5 million).

Revenues from state and municipal property fell by 12.4% and amounted to 3.4 billion rubles.

Transfers of the federal budget more than doubled. Revenues from the center amounted to 32.22 billion (a share of 32.9%; 17.27 billion more than in January - May 2019).

Budget expenditures are financed by 96.74 billion rubles - 16.7% more. 81% of expenses are salaries to employees of the public sector and social benefits.

8.53 billion rubles (8.8%) are directed to the construction of capital facilities and road facilities.

Incomes of local budgets in January - May decreased by 6.9%, amounting to 14.88 billion rubles (the execution of about 37% of the annual plan). Costs increased by 6.7%.
