Commercial milk production increased by 7% in Bashkiria for 5 months of 2020

Since the beginning of the year, agricultural enterprises and peasant (farmer) enterprises of Bashkortostan produced 306.1 thousand tons of marketable milk (107% compared to last year). Separately for agricultural enterprises, the indicator amounted to 230 thousand tons (106.3% compared to last year). The number of dairy cows totals 135.5 thousand heads (101.5% of the level of the previous year).

The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan informs that the “Geroi” agricultural enterprise of the Chekmagushevsky district, “Urozhay” LLC MF of the Aurgazinsky district, “Agricultural Enterprise Ashkadarsky” LLC of the Meleuzovsky district, became the leaders of the milk rating, where the average daily milk yield per cow exceeded 27 kg, according to the results of 5 months of this year.

The top five districts with a high level of gross milk production in agricultural enterprises (more than 6000 tons) included: Chekmagushevsky, Aurgazinsky, Dyurtyulinsky, Sterlitamaksky, Ilishevsky districts of the republic.
