23 thousand workers in Bashkiria are temporarily non-working

The Ministry of Labor of Bashkiria notes a decrease in the number of workers who are currently non-working or working part-time.

The maximum figure for the region is 130 thousand people, today it is more than 120 thousand workers, "although it is still a huge number," admitted Lenara Ivanova, vice-premier of the republican government.

"Today, 81.5 thousand people work remotely, 23 thousand employees are temporarily non-working, and almost 16 thousand work part-time," announced Lenara Ivanova. “We have sent a request for assistance from the Ministry of Labor of Russia to support employment and, I hope, a decision will be made in the near future. In general, we keep everything under daily control. The labor market has been safeguarded from collapse".
