Ufa recovered from COVID-19 pandemic by 79%

Ufa has recovered 79% from the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2GIS geo service compiled an urban recovery index - it shows the level of economic activity of the population after the lockdown regime relaxation introduced due to the coronavirus pandemic. The study covered 62 cities in Russia.
Thus, the best things are in Novokuznetsk - here the recovery index was 92%. Magnitogorsk and Naberezhnye Chelny took second place with a recovery rate of 91 percent.
In Ufa, the figure is 79%. As the Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, shopping centers, museums, and libraries have opened in the region this week, while maintaining rules for self-distancing, masks wearing and restrictions for older people.
The unique rating is closed by St. Petersburg with an indicator of 55%, Moscow - 48%, and Sochi - 45%.
In Russia as a whole, the restoration of consumer activity was rated at 71% by the rating compilers.
