Bashkiria will receive compensation of 8 billion rubles from federal budget

The federal center will allocate compensation of 8 billion rubles to Bashkiria in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on equalizing budgetary provision. It was announced at a meeting of the regional cabinet by the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov. This amount is used to estimate the region’s costs for “anti-COVID” measures and the budget items that have fallen out. The sum of compensation for Bashkiria is in third place among the subjects of the federation.

The Head of the Republic reminded the cost of a bed capacity creating and building a new infectious diseases hospital. He commissioned to consider the possibility of renewing plans cut due to unforeseen expenses.
