Real estate market activity decreased by 22% in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the real estate market showed a decrease in January - April of the current year in all areas. According to the regional administration of Rosreestr, the total number of registered housing titles in these four months is 22% less than in 2019 - 67,274 versus 86,260.

According to management statistics, the sale of residential real estate decreased by 13% (26 919 registered rights versus 31 224 in 2019).

The number of registrations of inherited real estate titles has decreased by 19% (6,924 in 2020 against 8,576 last year), by 25.6% under gift deeds - from 12,564 to 9,342.

Participants in shared construction registered by 19% fewer rights than in 2019: 5,952 and 7,379.

Privatization has decreased by 18% (2024 registrations in January-April 2019 to 1664 in 2020).
