Entrepreneurs can receive 30 million rubles for roadside cafes reconstruction in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, projects to create roadside service facilities can be included in the list of priority investment projects of the republic with an investment volume of 50 million rubles (or earlier, a requirement was established of 100 million rubles), and for regions of the Trans-Urals and the north-east of the republic, from 10 million rubles.

Investors are also entitled to receive a subsidy for the reimbursement of part of the costs of reconstruction, modernization, and creation of capital construction projects for engineering and transport infrastructure when creating roadside service facilities.

The maximum amount of the subsidy cannot exceed 30 million rubles and 50% of the cost incurred, the State Committee for Trade RB reports.

Also, amendments were made to the Law “On the Regulation of Land Relations in the Republic of Bashkortostan”, which allows investors to implement priority investment projects in the field of roadside services to apply for land without tendering.
