Slowdown in economic growth is observed in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, a slowdown in the economic growth rate is marked. The budget execution is quite challenging. This was stated by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Andrei Nazarov at a meeting of the Cabinet Presidium.
According to the head of the Ministry of Finance, Lira Igtisamova, 38 billion rubles were received in the budget for the first quarter of the year - by 4.4 billion, or 10% less than in January - March 2019. The revenue plan for 2020 was approved in the amount of over 151 billion rubles.
The Government Presidium considered the implementation of measures to support the public and business.
The provision of subsidies for the payment of interest on housing (mortgage) loans will support large families, disabled people, and families with disabled children, citizens who have lost their jobs during this difficult period. It relates to a program of preferential mortgages at 6.5% per annum, which can be borrowed until November 1, 2020. In this case, the interest rate will remain for the entire loan term. The program extends to housing loans of up to 8 million rubles in Moscow and St. Petersburg and up to 3 million rubles in other regions of the country. The minimum deposit is 20%. The state will reimburse banks the difference between the 6.5% that borrowers will pay and the market mortgage rate.
For investors implementing priority investment projects in the region, the regional government has provided for reimbursement of a part of the cost of acquiring imported equipment in foreign currency. It is proposed to subsidize the resulting exchange difference of up to 50%, but not more than 30 million rubles. There are no similar measures of state support for investment projects in any region of the country, the press service of the Cabinet emphasized.
