Investors plan to invest 170 million rubles in recreation center construction in Ishimbay

Investors plan to invest 170 million rubles in the construction of a multifunctional recreation center in the city of Ishimbay. The project was considered at the "Investment Hour" session conducted by the Head of Bashkiria. According to the press service of the government, the project of the Ishimbay “Yard” LLC includes playgrounds for physical education and sports, a park and trade area, and venues for mass city events. Design documentation is ready. Investors requested state support in the form of land benefits and assistance in connecting utility networks. Radiy Khabirov instructed the municipality to provide the company with this type of support.

According to information services, Yard LLC was established in November 2019 by Alexander Shkolny with the type of activity "Real Estate Management", with the status of a micro-enterprise.
