BSC intends to triple annual dividends

The Bashkir Soda Company (BSC) intends to triple its annual payments to shareholders and pay 7.1 billion rubles for 2019. According to the newspaper Kommersant-Bashkortostan, BSC plans to pay 4.29 rubles for each share. The annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled for May 10.

In general, in 2019, the net profit of the Bashkir soda company reached 12.08 billion rubles. Accordingly, it is planned to direct almost 60% of the profit to annual payments to shareholders.

Besides, BSC intends to pay another 600 million rubles to shareholders following the results of work in the first quarter of 2020 - 362 rubles per share.

As the news outlet marks, following the results of 2018, the company set annual dividends in the amount of 2 billion rubles and another 5 billion rubles according to the results of the nine months of 2018. Thus, the annual dividends for 2019 can be more than tripled.

The main shareholders of BSK are Bashkortostan Regional Fund JSC (38.28% of the shares) and the Bashkhim Group (57.18%).
