Doctors within three months will be given surcharges of up to 80 thousand rubles in Russia

Russian doctors who work at the forefront in the fight against the new coronavirus will receive federal payments for three months. This was announced at a meeting with regional leaders by President Vladimir Putin.

“This surcharge will amount to 80 thousand rubles per month for doctors directly working with patients with coronavirus infection. 50 thousand rubles for paramedical personnel - paramedics, nurses. 25 thousand rubles a month for junior medical personnel. As for emergency doctors who also work with patients with coronavirus, they will receive a payment of 50 thousand rubles a month. Paramedics, nurses, and drivers of car crews - 25 thousand rubles,” the head of state said.
