Bashkortostan non-energy exports grew by 4.8%

The volume of non-energy exports of Bashkortostan amounted to $ 2.062 billion last year, or 104.8% compared to the level of 2018, the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations RB reported, citing data from the Russian Export Center.

The share of non-energy exports exceeded 49% of the total export of the republic.

“The main share of non-oil and gas exports of the region was formed by the supply of “mechanical equipment and machinery, computers”. The share of this product group in the non-energy exports of Bashkiria exceeded 39%, ”said the press secretary of the department Ilgizar Sanyarov.

To date, in terms of non-primary non-energy exports, Bashkiria is in 22nd place among the regions of Russia and fifth in the Volga Federal District.
