Medical masks production may appear in Bashkiria

The republican government is discussing the issue of opening a medical mask production in Bashkiria. It was reported by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the region’s government Andrey Nazarov.

Besides, the state pharmacy chain “Bashfarmacia” is already additionally purchasing medical masks and antiviral drugs.

Recall that today the Minister of Health of Bashkiria Maxim Zabelin said that negotiations are underway to conclude the necessary agreements with manufacturers so that medical masks appear in the network of state pharmacies. One of the batches should arrive the other day. Work is also underway to prevent a substantial increase in the price of masks.

According to Andrey Nazarov, on behalf of the Head of the Region Radiy Khabirov, a wide range of measures is being developed to prevent the spread and prevention of coronavirus.

First of all, it relates the construction of a new infectious disease hospital, additional equipping of hospitals, and polyclinics with the necessary equipment, a supply of medicines, and protective equipment.

“Those with suspected illness should be examined in isolated rooms,” he emphasized and added that residents need to focus only on official information coming from the government of the republic, the Ministry of Health, and the operational headquarters.
