Average salary in Bashkiria grew by 7.6% over year and amounted to 36.5 thousand rubles

In general, in 2019, the average salary in Bashkiria, taking into account small businesses, increased by 7.6 percent and reached 36,495 rubles. At the same time, real accrued salary, compared to 2018, increased in the region by 2.9 percent, according to republican statisticians.

According to Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, in December last year, the average monthly nominal accrued salary amounted to more than 44.2 thousand rubles.

On average, in the 4th quarter, the average salary in Bashkiria exceeded 39 thousand rubles.

The average monthly nominal accrued salary is determined based on the accrued salary fund of employees divided by the average number of employees and the number of months in the period.

Accrued salary includes taxes and deductions from the employee in accordance with the law.

Social benefits received by workers from state and non-state extrabudgetary funds are not included in the wage fund and average monthly salary.
