PDA register includes 52 investors from Bashkiria with projects worth 34 billion rubles

In Bashkiria, 52 investors are included in the resident register of priority development areas (PDA) with projects totaling about 34 billion rubles and creating more than 6 thousand jobs. It was reported in the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the region.

Out of 52 investors, 24 located their production facilities at Kumertau PDA, 21 in Belebey, 3 in Neftekamsk, 3 more in Blagoveshchensk, and 1 in Beloretsk.

Recent residents include Teratex and Resorb companies.

“The Teratex Company organizes the production of non-woven geotextile products in the territory of Blagoveshchensk PDA, which is used in such key industries as railway construction and the oil and gas industry. The total investment under the project, which implies the creation of 115 new jobs, is 426 million rubles. The project will be implemented until 2022”, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development added.

The second resident registered this year is the Kumertau “Resorb” Research and Production Enterprise, which produces sorbents for the disposal of oil and oil products based on torrefied waste.

The project involves attracting 12.9 million investments and creating 20 new jobs.

The project implementation period is 2020-2024.
