Dairy products and bread production workshops are being built in Alsheevsky district of Bashkiria

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, during his working trip to the Alsheevsky district, met with entrepreneurs engaged in food production.

The head of the agricultural supply and marketing consumer cooperative "Istok" Petr Nikolaev told Radiy Khabirov that entrepreneurs planned to process milk into butter, sour cream, cottage cheese with a volume of 3 tons per day. Last summer, the cooperative received financial support from the state for 10.5 million rubles.

"We started the construction of an industrial building for the reception and cooling of milk. The total investment will amount to 17.6 million rubles," said the head of the enterprise.

The cooperative was established in 2017. It provides services of collection and sale of raw cow's milk.

Radiy Khabirov also visited the bakery shop of the local businessman Rinat Zaripov. Here he talked with the villagers, inquired about the quality of the products. Bakery bread and pastries are in high demand. In total, more than fifty types of products are produced here; the company employs 44 employees. The entrepreneur explained that the construction of a new building for the bakery had begun. It will house a bread baking shop, a warehouse for storing flour up to 100 tons and a store. It is planned to purchase modern bakery ovens, to establish a system for the preparation, supply, and storage of flour. The volume of investment in the construction will be about 18 million rubles. Negotiations are underway with Sberbank regarding the financing of the project.
