In Russia as a whole, expert forecasts about a slowdown in the growth rate of goods turnover in 2019 after eight years of growth have come true. Russian exports decreased by 6%. It was primarily due to a decrease in demand and world prices for many goods essential for Russian exports, including oil, gas, and oil products, as well as increased domestic consumption and imports.
At the same time, non-primary non-energy exports of Russia increased by 0.3% last year.
