Collection of income taxes increased by 5% in Bashkiria in 2019

In Bashkiria, the collection of personal income tax (taxes on personal income) increased by 4.8% in 2019 and amounted to a third of the republican budget revenues - more than 58 billion rubles. According to the legislation, personal income tax is transferred to the regional and local budgets in the ratio of 85% and 15%, respectively.

Along with personal income tax, the primary sources of income were corporate income tax (52.2 billion rubles - 27.8%), excise taxes (24 billion rubles - 12.8%), property taxes (19.8 billion rubles - 10, 5%), lumpsum taxes (9.3 billion rubles. - 5%).

Non-tax revenues (from the use of state property) amounted to 16.6 billion rubles (8.8% of the total).

Gratuitous receipts (subventions from the federal budget) increased by almost a third (11.3 billion rubles) compared to 2018 and amounted to 51.6 billion rubles. - 21.5% of the total.

Revenues increased in all respects except for property taxes - their amount decreased by 1.78 billion rubles or 8.3%.

Execution of the consolidated budget (federal, republican, local) amounted to 239.4 billion rubles for 2019.

The revenues part of the republican budget is executed for 198 billion 737 million 100 thousand rubles. (+ 11.2% by 2018). The spending part - in the amount of 215 billion 124 million 700 thousand rubles. (+ 19.5% by 2018).

In March 2019, the republican budget revenues were approved in the amount of 188.17 billion rubles, expenses - 214.84 billion. Actual incomes allowed to increase budget spending on socially significant projects.
