Alekseevsky State Farm increased its authorized capital 2.3 times

State-owned enterprise Alekseevsky State Farm more than doubled its authorized capital. According to media reports on counterparty verification services, on February 4, the authorized fund of the agricultural firm grew from 153.57 million to 348.68 million rubles. The founder of the state farm, the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria, explained to Interfax that recapitalization is associated with the allocation of funds to the farm for the modernization of greenhouses as part of the Republican targeted investment program.

Alekseevsky State Farm is implementing an investment project in the format of a public-private partnership for the construction of modern greenhouses, with a total investment of more than 10 billion rubles. The agreement was signed with the creditor in June 2019.

The state-owned company plans to demolish the existing 37 hectares of old greenhouses with zero profitability and build a greenhouse complex on 45 hectares. The project is divided into several stages until 2024, said the head of the farm Ramzil Nizametdinov at the presentation of the project.
