Two oil extraction plants from Bashkiria received rights to export to China

The General Customs Administration of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) certified two oil extraction plants of Bashkortostan - Elevator LLC and Chishminsky MEZ LLC, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria reports.

In Russia, 37 enterprises have been certified for export to China.

Oil and fat products amounted to 44.4% in the structure of exports, according to the results of 2019, other agricultural products (oil seeds, alcohols) - 22.4%, food and processing products - 17.2%, cereals -13.4%.

In total, according to preliminary data for 2019, products worth $ 103.9 million (or 300 thousand tons) were exported from Bashkortostan, which is $ 27.6 million more than last year.

Elevator LLC and Chishminsky MEZ LLC are the main exporters of oil and fat products. Vegetable oils, sunflower, and rapeseed meal, which are produced by these plants, are sold both in the domestic market and for export. The total direct export of these companies amounted to more than 107 thousand tons in 2019, totaling 2.6 billion rubles. Export deliveries are carried out to the CIS countries, the Baltic states, the Middle East, and China.
