Thus, the average price of one are of land for residential construction in the republic reaches 45.9 thousand rubles. The average cost of one such plot is estimated at 1.1 million rubles. Prices range from 210 thousand to 65 million rubles.

The average cost of agricultural land in Bashkiria is estimated at 50.2 thousand rubles per hundred. The price range of such objects may vary from 12 thousand to 10 million rubles.

If we consider the land for commercial purposes, then the prices are already much higher - an average of 175 thousand rubles per are. The minimum price of one such plot is 450 thousand rubles, the maximum - 200 million rubles.

Considering the options for acquiring land in specific cities and regions, one can see that the most expensive land is in Ufa.
