Ufa Airport named Top 10 popular foreign destinations in 2019

Antalya welcomed the largest number of tourists from Ufa. 433 thousand people had a rest in the Turkish resort. According to the press service of the airport, interest in this destination grew by nine percent compared with the previous year.

Baku’s popularity has more than doubled. 26.5 thousand residents of Bashkiria visited the capital of Azerbaijan.

The number of passengers served on flights to Istanbul increased by 20 percent - 35.2 thousand tourists.

Of great interest among the residents of the republic were flights to Sanya. Since October 2019, over 40 thousand tourists have been able to appreciate the sights of China.

Direct flight Ufa-Vienna is becoming popular with both tourists and business representatives. For six months since the opening of the new route, the Austrian capital was visited by 10.5 thousand residents of Bashkortostan departing from Ufa.

The ten popular foreign destinations include Dalaman, Dubai, Kamran, Larnaca, and Phuket.
