Over 183 million rubles were spent on creating infant-feeding centers chain in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, 183.96 million rubles were spent on the creation of a chain of infant-feeding centers, said Alexey Gusev, the Chairman of the State Trade Committee of the republic, at a briefing session in the government.
“At present, four production facilities have been created in the region - in the cities of Sterlitamak, Neftekamsk, Beloretsk, Oktyabrsky, 84 distribution points are operating. Raw milk is purchased from local producers. The total milk processing capacity is 20 tons per day. 120 new jobs appeared. From July to December, 242 tons of milk were processed, 1.2 million servings of products were made. 6,461 children were provided with dairy products, with a target figure of 3,200 people. The income from the extrabudgetary activities of the enterprise amounted to 3 million 219 thousand rubles. The products are available in 68 retail outlets throughout the republic and are included in the meals of schoolchildren and kindergarten pupils. The funds will be used to improve enterprises and minimize the cost of the budget part of project financing, ”Gusev said.
As the Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, in February 2020, an infant-feeding center will open in the city of Sibay. In total, seven production facilities will be created. It is planned to open a center in Iglino. Radiy Khabirov also suggested launching a facility in Mesyagutovo.
