Bashkiria plans to expand this year the list of measures for state support of exporters, said at a meeting of the presidium of the republican government on Tuesday.
At the moment, the State Committee RB for Foreign Economic Relations has already developed a procedure for granting subsidies from the regional budget to residents-producers of non-primary non-energy goods to reimburse part of the costs associated with the export of goods.
“We offer to subsidize part of the expenses of entrepreneurs on confirmation of the conformity of goods and certification of compliance of management systems with the requirements of standards operating abroad,” said Ruslan Mirsayapov, head of the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations RB.
The proposal of the State Committee to expand the list of state support measures for exporters was approved at a meeting of the presidium of the republican government.
The measures now being taken in Bashkiria are being carried out as part of the implementation of the national project “International Cooperation and Export” in the region, developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, in June last year, a partial subsidizing program for exporters was launched in the republic. Due to it, companies could compensate up to 5 million rubles for expenses on regular deliveries and up to 1 million rubles for “pilot” shipments.
On the example of Bashkiria, similar programs have already been adopted in the Leningrad and Chelyabinsk regions.
In total, 39 enterprises of Bashkiria took advantage of the program in 2019. Of these, 31 companies received reimbursement for regular export deliveries - a total of 37.48 million rubles. Eight companies in the region received 2.52 million rubles for the "pilot" party.
The goods were exported for a total amount of more than 1.2 billion rubles, the cost of transport services amounted to 75.3 million rubles.
Republican enterprises exported chemical products, agribusiness, equipment for the oil and gas sector, metals, lumber, charcoal, scales, food, glass, packaging, helicopters, including a number of unique products: a plank for making pencils, an inkjet mixing device, Crambe seed oil, visitor counter for shopping centers.
The geography of exports is quite vast - the countries of the CIS, Europe, Asia, Latin America, the USA, the Persian Gulf, the Mediterranean, and Africa.
Due to the possibility of partial compensation for transport costs, Bashkir companies were able to discover 13 new destinations.
