10 billion rubles may be allocated for Mratkino resort development

The development concept of the year-round family resort "Mratkino" in the Beloretsky district was considered in the House of the Republic at the "Construction Hour" session.

The project was presented by the expert of the “Garden Ring” group of companies (Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region) Nikolay Shlentsov.

Investors plan to create one of the largest year-round family resorts of the federal level in Russia in the territory of the current ski center with the possibility of accommodating up to 500 thousand tourists a year. According to preliminary estimates, investment in the project may amount to 10 billion rubles. To this end, it is planned to increase the number of ski slopes, create new recreational and tourist facilities - a sanatorium, hotels with a concert and conference rooms, as well as the necessary infrastructure.

The project is proposed to be implemented as a public-private partnership in the form of a concession. The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov noted that the concept should be carefully worked out, instructing the Government RB to prepare a detailed financial model for the implementation of the project within a month.

“All parameters of the project must be carefully calculated in order to form our position on the project and decide on the possibility of its implementation,” said Radiy Khabirov.
