Bashkiria was 33rd in the Russian Federation in terms of salaries in 2019 in the RIA Novosti rating. The average salary in the region is 27.8 thousand rubles.

The most common salaries in Bashkiria were within 18 thousand - 41 thousand rubles range. 3% of the working population of the republic work for remuneration above 100 thousand rubles per month. 13.4% work for a salary of less than 15 thousand rubles.

In six Russian regions (Chukotsky, Yamal-Nenets and Nenets Autonomous Districts, Moscow, Murmansk and Sakhalin Regions), every fifth earns over 100 thousand rubles per month.

The average salary in the country varies from 20 thousand to 52 thousand rubles.
