Bashkiria Finance Ministry plans to attract 6 billion rubles of borrowed funds in 2020

The budget deficit in Bashkiria will amount to 22 billion rubles in 2020. Basically, it will be covered by reserves accumulated in previous years, and a loan of 6 billion rubles, said Finance Minister Lira Igtisamova at a meeting of the presidium of the republic’s government. Bashkortostan's budget revenues are determined in the amount of 194.2 billion rubles in 2020.
The debt burden of the region currently stands at 13.5 billion rubles. The republic is in the group of constituent entities of the Russian Federation with a high level of debt stability, the minister noted.
Budget revenues are planned in the amount of 187.8 billion rubles in 2021, in 2022 - 198.4 billion rubles.
For 2021, the budget deficit is estimated at 21.5 billion, in 2022 - 20 billion rubles. It is planned to borrow 8.5 billion rubles in 2021, and 3.3 billion in 2022.
The main budget sources of the republic are taxes, the Finance Ministry recalled. So, next year, corporate profit tax is projected at 56 billion rubles. More than 40 billion rubles of personal income taxes are expected. Excise taxes on alcohol, beer, and oil products will increase by 2.4%, as a result, they will replenish the republican budget by 21.5 billion rubles. The payroll growth is expected at 6% next year. 96 billion rubles are reserved for the payment of salaries to state employees - by 1.6 billion rubles more than in 2019.
