Another dairy plant is planned to be built in Ufa

In Ufa, they plan to construct a modern high-tech enterprise for the processing of raw milk with a capacity of up to 150 tons per day. The project was presented yesterday at an "Investment Hour" session in the administration of the capital of Bashkortostan. According to the General Director of Ufagormolzavod LLC Ildar Fayzullin, the plant plans to produce about 120-150 tons of finished whole milk products daily, which will be sold both in the city of Ufa and in Bashkortostan. Today, products under the “Molochny Fermer” and “Molochnaya Krepost” brands are supplied to social facilities: schools, kindergartens, and hospitals.

“In the future, we plan to go to neighboring regions with this product - these are Samara, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk regions, Yekaterinburg, and the Republic of Tatarstan,” said Ildar Fayzullin.

The head of the administration of Ufa, Ulfat Mustafin, expressed support for the project, emphasizing its special importance and significance for residents of the capital.

On October 8, at the republican “Investment Hour” session, the general director of Ufagormolzavod said that they were having problems finding a site for a new production. To implement the project, they needed a 3.5-hectare site in Ufa, but all the proposed sites did not fit for various reasons.

The Head of the Republic instructed to reconsider Ufagormolzavod’s investment project in a month with proposed solutions to the issue.

The new milk processing plant is planned to be built in four years. The project cost 923.7 million rubles, of which 184.1 million are investor's funds. The payback period is 8.5 years. Jobs - 156. Sales of products after full load will reach more than 3 billion rubles with VAT. Taxes to the republican budget from reaching full capacity in the fifth year of the project will amount to 43 million rubles.
